"Wonderful family accommodation in York"

The apartment was so spacious and wonderfully decorated with art pieces and lovely design details. It was a fantastic place to stay and we all loved our time there. The location was brilliant - a great base from which to explore York. The views across the York skyline from the loft room were special and the facilities very good. We would definitely recommend it for families or larger groups.

"Great property in a great location."

Great property in a great location. Easy walk to the centre of York. Plenty of space for our family of 4. 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. Washing machine and clothes dry came in very handy. Street parking was great, right outside the door. Property is a Terrace so be prepared for stairs but this did affect our stay at all.

"very enjoyable stay at City Apartments - thank you"

Location was great, apartment was well decorated and furnished, was good to have 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Apartment is in a 3 storey building in a side road so it was nice and quiet overnight meaning we all slept well. We had everything we needed for an enjoyabe stay. would stay here again. Nice to have toweks and iron hairdryer and toiletries provided. We were happy with our choice

There was nothing significant to report back on. Trivial issues only: a bigger toaster would have been useful for breakfasts for our party of 5 . The rug/mat in living room under the table was a bit slippy but we recognised that and it didnt cause a problem. Can the owner feedback what causes the bleeping noise when anyone opensd the bathroom door and stepped into the bathroom? It seemed to come from a mesh little dial in the bathroom ceiling? Not an issue just like to know out of curiosity!!

Great location. Some lovely buildings around the property. 14A has a lovely spacious open living/dining/kitchen. Easy walk to Micklegate walls. We only used the kettle and toaster so can’t comment on any of the equipment. Cupboards looked to have enough in the way of crockery etc.

Felt like the downstairs basement where the bedrooms/bathrooms are felt a bit damp and had a musky smell. I think a dehumidifier is required. Upstairs toilet floor wasn’t very clean.
