The property was lovely and clean. Fab location for day trips to Tenby and Saundersfoot. Walking distance to the beach and pubs! Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony and hot tub!

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The views were amazing, with the hot tub a bonus. The hosts were very quick to respond and a great help. Would definitely recommend this place, and it's one that I would book again.

Fabulous location! Everything you need for a family stay including kitchen appliances and equipment, bonus being the washing machine which is handy when you’re on holiday with children. Lovely that there is also an option of teas etc. Did miss a little welcome hamper/treat though. Beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom window. Soo nice to have a family friendly apartment that’s also dog friendly with friendly beaches locally. Would love to come back. Was like a home-from-home holiday. Absolutely spotless. 10/10!! Children loved every minute as did our dog.

Just a little niggle- Although the apartment was spotless I feel it could have a fresh coat of paint in the main areas ie the living room. I think previous guests had decorated for occasions but peeled the paint off in the process, which is a shame.

The location and views were perfect for a very relaxing mini break away, everything you need. The view over the sea was breathtaking especially watching the sunset in the hot tub. Stroll to the beach was lovely, accommodation was lovely and clean. Would highly recommend.

Having used the Cuckoo Apartments for over 10 years, we've stayed in a number of the apartments. We've noticed in recent years that the exterior of not only the Mermaids Watch but almost all of the other properties now look tired and need cleaning and re-painting. The saying is: You only have one chance to make a first impression. The interior has a "well-used" sofa that is passed its best. Then, little things like no toilet paper. Hardly any body wash in the shower. Light bulbs out in the second bedroom. The TV has HTMI settings, but the apartment doesn't have a subscription to SKY, which limited our usage. Also, the volume couldn't be adjusted through the remote control. Little things, yes, but having used many of the other apartments, this was below our expectations.
