Very clean, great location and really helpful hosts.

The front room could be noisy due to passing traffic so wasn’t ideal for the camp bed but this is a minor issue.

Location is great, nice kitchen

Bedrooms a bit small, flow of water a bit weak in shower, sofa in living room not comfortable to sit on.

Fantastic place to stay with a vibrant trendy decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the breakfast provided was perfect for our first morning. The beds were extremely comfortable

There was a bit of street/road nose at night when trying to sleep

Bed was a little too soft for me and very noisy in the main bedroom! Old lovely windows but very loud!!

On a very busy road, traffic noise was consistent

Nicely decorated - thoughtful to provide necessary cleaning stuff etc and breakfast . Nice touch to leave a delightful welcome pack for the Bride and Groom in their apartment upstairs. Good location for all our needs.

Noisy as on such a busy road. Parking outside for pick ups and drop offs not easy.

No parking, but car parks in a 8 minute walking distance

A nice little breakfast/tea/coffee set up. The styling was immaculate young and fresh. When I couldnt find the hairdryer the owners replied straight away got in contact with their cleaner to locate it. Bathroom and bedrooms super clean and modern. So close to a safe carpark and train station ideal location. We actually didnt realise it was 2 beds so the 3rd member ws pleased to have their own room we expected just the sofa bed :D

Neat the main road so you could hear people but it didn't bother us
