Fantastic location and superb apartment. It is located at the entrance to the harbour in a small block and you have a dedicated parking space which makes it so much easier to go out for the day knowing you won't be fighting for a space later. The entrance to the beach is less than a 5 min walk away as is the town. The actual apartment was spacious and to a very high standard with everything you need, we also found it be very quiet. There are 3 restaurants within 50 meters but there is no noise from them. Good communication from the host and everything was easy to find.

Spotless, comfortable, well appointed,bright, modern apartment. Great position for exploring the area.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was great - it was ideal for our visit to see family in Exmouth. We were near by to them and handy for all facilities. The apartment was well presented and well equipped.

Lovely comfortable beds after a day of sightseeing. Beautifully furnished, everything we needed, including a very welcoming bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Very useful 'places to eat' information in folder as well as other information

Julie's communication was top-notch! Place was immaculate most of all the place was a home more than an ordinary holiday let.
