The location was excellent, lovely little apartment. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

It was extremely hot in the apartment even though there was only a towel radiator on. Getting into the apartment was a bit confusing.

Lovely modern flat, with all necessary amenities. Cleanly kept. Very convenient location in city centre. Helpful host!

the door lock was impossible to find and use first time in the dark

The studio was located centrally. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had a really nice time!

Instructions on how to use the shower would have been good (ie, turning on the switch outside the door). Expected to have detergent for the washing machine but was not provided.

Clean and cosy. Though I had to ring and ask for the key, it was easy to gain access.

Stairway had a wet damp smell and dirty. Lots of uncollected letter littered the main entrance. The room was too cold for my liking.

It was difficult at 1st. to get past the front door as the instructions we received were not clear. The need to get rid of the box at the bottom of the door as it confused us as to how to gain entry.

Arrived and our room hadn`t been cleaned. Phoned the company and the issue was resolved. The only other issue was that there was nowhere to store our luggage on leaving the apartment at 10;00 a/m. Our train wasn`t until 4;30 p/m.
