Spacious, good price

On top of the hill, needs some TLC.

Initially hard to find up the hill,not clearly labelled. Had to ring the owner to find the drive way and then about the heating. Two bedrooms nicely set up. Bathroom good. Need to have instructions for the microwave and washing machine. Nice view down to Penzance.

Balcony view was lovely. Good location. The flat worked well for a short break. We were two couples.

Shower doesn't drain well so needs a bit of tlc. Communication with host was poor.

Very nice clean and comfortable for a family of four. The property had all the utilities advertised they are all in good condition. Very pleased with everything, highly recommend this place for families.

We had a lovely one-night stay at this apartment in Newlyn. It was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day walking the South West Coast Path. The space was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed readily available—from basic amenities to thoughtful extras like milk and even chocolate, which was a really nice touch. The highlight, without a doubt, was the terrace. It offers a truly stunning view over Mount’s Bay, and it was such a pleasure to sit and take it all in. Whether in the evening or first thing in the morning, the view was lovely. Overall, a comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped place to stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
