The property was spacious, very comfortable and finished to a high standard. All very clean and tidy with all appliances working perfectly. Ideally situated for visiting Scarborough and other North Yorks attractions. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Parking easy with permits provided.

There was a lack of information about rubbish disposal and recycling. There were no instructions for ensuring hot water in the morning which was sometimes cold.

Short walk to Spa, plenty on street parking. Agent very helpful when asked for assistance.

A previous guest moved the immersion time clock so had to wait for the boost to kick in before shower.

So nice to walk in and see a flame effect fire glowing, especially after a rain soaked journey.- felt very welcoming. A nice, clean, well equipped appartment. A lovely welcome hamper provided too.

No negatives for us, we had a lovely New Year break
