Superb Scarborough Penthouse with Balcony, lift, parking, views

Peter & Zoe Amazing hosts. Kept in touch to make sure we were settled. Fantastic penthouse apartment with great views across Scarborough. Apartment is very homely, we didn’t want to leave. Great location, not too far to walk into the centre or down to the front. Takes about 10 minutes, if that. Nice touch to have things like coffee, tea, fresh milk and salt and pepper. Cannot fault anything. Value for money. Nothing else like this in Scarborough. Will be staying again. Thank you xx

Fantastic property pictures don’t do it justice, private lift straight into the flat - which is an excellent help with luggage etc. - easy check in.

The little touches were amazing, there was everything equipped in the kitchen even down to the milk in the fridge and the kitchen roll, bin liners, washing up liquid but yo name a few...the tea and coffee and condiments were also a nice touch. The set out of the apartment was amazing and the lift was an added bonus.

There wasn't anything that wasn't acceptable in the apartment, everything was just great.

All as described. Host was in contact to check everything was ok during the trip and provided very detailed instructions before we arrived. Very spacious and well kitted out, lovely views from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the heating was very good, definitely needed for a February trip! Town centre and the front all within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend!

Amazing views, very comfortable bed, everything you need, access very easy, good detailed instructions about access etc. Perfect place for an escape, we were only 2 but could easily accommodate 6, plenty of room

Small point, the floorboards were very squeaky, so meant you were very aware of this when walking around when someone sleeping, but it is an old building.

The communication about the property was excellent. Everything was very well laid out. There was fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied as well as condiments and washing up facilities. The beds were clean and comfortable and the towels were also clean and fresh. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely and I will definitely be staying again but next time bringing my family with me!
