We stayed in Studio One last week and in Studio 2 this week. We were very surprised to receive numerous texts and emails asking why we only given Studio one a 9 out of 10 (which we considered to be very high)

Compact bedroom-bathroom combo with an excellent shower; as noted in the description, only minimal catering provision. Clean and comfy with an outside table and chairs as a nice little extra, and you get a key to a very convenient outside gate. Located on a peaceful residential estate, you can expect a quiet night. Short walk to Staines centre. Vester sent us the house-number via Booking.com message, as well as instructions about behaviour (understandably concerned about noise/disturbance to neighbours) and photos clearly showing how to find the studio-entrance; when we confirmed arrival time, key was left inside door. She ended up waiving the security deposit which was nice of her. This property was ideal for us as it is just round the corner from friends who were unable to put us up due to work being done on their house. It wouldn't have suited us for a longer stay or one where we needed to self-cater. This is *not* a complaint as the description of the studio makes it clear what the facilities are. Mugs/plates/glasses were provided (as well as kettle, microwave and mini-fridge); you *could* eat a takeaway meal here, but tbh I would have been terrified to try and wash the very elegant wine goblets in the tiny bathroom sink, I'd have been too afraid of breaking them!

Not much place is not fit for the purpose.

The place has too many stupid rules it's basically a converted garage and a half too small with no facility for heat it's like a sweatbox owners are far too pushy wanting to know what time you leave I said I was leaving around 4am but I become I'll overnight then they are banging on your door at 4 am then saying you should let them know of any changes even though the room is paid for till check out I left at 9am they are still not happy as they was not told about this. Ridiculous property stuck on the side of the house. The bathroom floor is all cracked and could easily cut your foot open I don't recommend it for more than a night.

A quiet location. I felt relaxed here. It's a compact space, private, and perfectly nice.

studio was great, and in a good price. best facilities I've seen for this price range. the neighborhood is quiet. there is a beautiful nature area (river and a grass field) very close to the property.

when showering, the water suddenly became really hot or really cold for a few seconds a couple of times. house is about 10 minutes walk from the closest bus station.

The cleanliness and ventilated and not be left out. The rooms are sparkling clean This is place one would not regret using when away from home either on business and just relaxing.
