Central 2 Bed 2 Bath Flat with Parking by CozyNest

Central location, parking and good kitchen facilities.

The bathroom needs some up keep such as grouting, missing plug, shower head changed. property needed some maintenance heater is off the wall.

Confusion regarding the car parking, it needs to be explained better prior to arrival.

The flat was absolutely spotless. Plenty of soap, shower gel and clean towels. The location was excellent, very close to shops & restaurants etc., though it was quiet in the flat. A short walk to the canal, where we had a lovely early morning walk with our dog. Ian allowed us a later check out which was appreciated and was helpful when I contacted him on arrival (I had a couple of questions, the answers to which I discovered a bit later were in an email that had been sent but I'd not seen it).

Very strong smell of food when entering the building, but thankfully it did not carry up the stairs or into the flat. The sofa is a bit small for a flat that sleeps 4 and some bedside lamps would be a nice addition in the bedrooms. I mentioned when booking that we had a van (we were moving our daughter who is at the university from old flat to new) but not the size and it was too long for the parking space provided for the flat so we had to move it elsewhere. No-one's fault but worth a mention in case you are travelling to Reading for a similar chore and in a large vehicle.

The flat was lovely and just right for what we needed

Towels were small.
