Luxury Glamping Pods - The Heft & The Hirsel

It was the perfect getaway! It is so peaceful and we loved being able to relax in the hot tub. The pod is so clean and has everything you need. We will hopefully be back one day!

The pod was secluded with lovely views, very chilled.

Really clean and tidy, lovely little camping pod. The views are incredible and it’s so quiet and peaceful.

It’s hard to criticise anything, but the only possible thing would be if the terrace had a gate so was secure. The property says dog friendly but it’s not secure outside of the pod so the dog needs to be on a lead even on the terrace. I’m really picking here though!

We loved staying in the pod. The host was super accommodating and made sure we had a great sense of privacy during our stay. Coming back to the pod after a day of walking/cycling really felt like home - and the hot-tub was a lovely bonus! An absolute pleasure and highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation away from the city.

We did come by bike but I would suggest taking a car and put the bikes on it for a longer stay. Best to check grocery shop distances and stamina beforehand (or order the breakfast - we'll do that next time!)

Accommodation was great with pretty much everything you need and the location was perfect and was so lovely with the animals around

Location was idyllic! Great views! Spacious and comfortable. Great communication. My pup loved morning walks past the highland coos! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice location right at the West Higland Way. Spectacular view.

What I booked: pod with hot tub for two. What I got: tub was not working and bed with only one blanket. Not good if you stay with somebody, you do not want to share the bed and blanket with. They offered to cancel the booking - difficult, if there is no alternative nearby.
