Loved the location and outlook from the property. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Particularly liked having the kitchenette with crockery and fridge as meant we had the option to self cater as well as being in serviced accommodation with breakfast provided. There was no noise from the other apartments.

A few more breakfast variations would’ve been appreciated as we were staying 6 nights. Eg yogurt varieties, different fruit, a change from bagels. We didn’t like the coffee from the coffee machine but that’s personal taste. A cafetière with ground coffee would’ve suited us much better.

No loo brush , no kitchen roll or towel to dry dishes . It would have been nice to have access to outdoor seating as the weather was so nice

Good location, excellent facilities, very clean & comfortable

The view was nice. Having that bit more room than a hotel was nice. Handy to bars and food to walk to from here.

The bed was hard and not the most comfortable and I generally like a harder bed just this felt like a board of wood. The shower not closing completely causing water to go out to floor. Having to wash up all breakfast stuff. The selection was OK but the bagels were bit hard as only in paper bags. For the cost I'd not recommend it.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as was the building itself. You could tell as soon as you came through the front door downstairs that the whole place is very well looked after. The room had all the amenities you could need including breakfast which was a lovely unexpected touch. The cleaning staff were very friendly and they had the room ready for us a little earlier than 3pm which we greatly appreciated! Excellent location within walking distance of the main area and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The street/harbour outside was a little loud with people at times but it quieted down by around 11pm and wasn’t an issue for us.

Small moan key box had pictures of birds and numbers on, numbers didn't match numbers on doors of rooms, and I wasn't familiar with the sea bird our room was named after. I had to try the key code on each box to find ours. No big deal as there where only 4. Name of bird in writing rather than a picture would have made process clearer. As I say no big deal.

View from room was stunning of yachts in quay. High quality fixtures and fittings. 10 minutes walk from ferry terminal 5 minutes walk to bus stops (buses go to all towns across the island) 5 minutes walk to steam train station Lots of bars and nice restaurants on quay
