"Intercom not working without it on the top floor and sewage smell!!!!"

Intercom does not work !. Apart from that all is good apart from the sewage smell that intermittently comes from the main house bathroom..

Intercom not functioning.. and on top floor this is a major hassle..

Lovely comfortable apartment. 5 minute walk to the city centre. Shop across the road for any groceries you might need. Nothing bad to say about it. Split the cost between me and my workmate and it's exceptional value for quality and location. I never did figure out how to work the grill though 😂

Great apartment block Very spacious, more spacious than photos showed Easy check in with getting keys Clean bedding Balcony is nice addition

Nothing really - was a great stay!! Some minor things noted were: Could have done with more chairs round the dining room table A few improvements to be made such as cleaning skirting boards, the flooring in the kitchen and to turn on the shower was stiff Bathroom door lock could do with looking at Needs a door stop in kitchen None of the above hindered our stay
