Location was ideal. Comfortable well appointed

42 stairs from ground to apartment. The water pressure little disappointing

Apartment was beautiful, very clean and beds were very comfy. The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The apartment was amazing and it's location is central to all of the main attractions which was brilliant.

Being in the centre of skegness

Too many steps leading to appartment,2 sets of fire escape steps then a further flight once through main appartment door, i wasnt aware of this on booking,Floors were not clean on arrival,requested a hoover and mop to clean them,i hoovered and moped them,quite dusty too and stuff under the beds.on the 2nd night there was an event at a venue across the road from the appartment,the music was extremely loud and we could feel thr vibrations of thr base on thr floors,this music went on until early hours and kept the 3 children 8,4 and 1 awake, managed to get our heads down at 1am even though the music was still going on and lots of fighting and police presence outside on the street. Unfortunately at 1.46am the fire alarm sounded and woke up all the children and ourselves, there was no fire and we appreciate the alarm is there for a reason but thr fire brigade couldn't get hold of thr owners,the alarm company couldn't either,i rang thr owner myself multiple times and eventually at 2.45am I got a response but this was a whole hour of such a loud noise,all the children were awaoken and terrified! The owner arrived within 10 minutes and switched it off,we received no apology that night but recieved one the next day and offered a complimentary breakfast but unfortunately we was all exausted and some were still asleep due to what went on. The music from thr event continued until 3am. Our little holiday away was definitely comprimised due to so many issues. This trip was arranged to include scattering thr ashes of my mum who passed away on 23rd of may and I felt turning this sad time into a little holiday it would have softened the traumatic period but we have returned home exausted and saddened by the whole situation.

The property is very spacious with en suites and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Fantastic location for shopping, and the beach in walking distance. Also about 20 minutes by car away to Bibby’s beach with Fantasy Island fair and Butlins Waterworld being another great location.

It’s a bit of a climb to the apartment with the stairs, but as long as you don’t mind that it’s great.
