The room was very clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is strategic for visiting the city while staying in a very quite and safe place. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming.

My second stay here. Clean and comfortable, like last time. Flexible arrival with a key-pad entry. A bright, pleasant and cosy space.

Excellent location. Great facilities especially the kitchen with hob and oven.

My husband would have wanted a bath. That’s our only minor quibble.

This is a very comfortable studio above a garage, with private entrance from the street. It is immaculately clean, bright and cheerful. It has everything you need for self-catering. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small but adequate, and is clean. The kitchen is a good size for a studio apartment. Communication is good, and check-in and check-out are easy.

The blurb states 'parking' which I wrongly took to mean that a dedicated space is available. In fact it is on-street, although you can't park in the road itself without blocking the pavement or access to garages. Beware of looking for parking in some of the small dead-end roads as there is limited space to turn round at the end. Once you find your way around there are actually spaces to be had, but it's worth doing a bit of research on Googlemap in advance.

J was very kind in communication with me and gestures for my stay. I was left the nice local touch with the Torquay rock. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It’s a very quiet area. Great views from the property too. Very good location for exploring Devon. I had a great few days here and would fully recommend.
