Tidy clean, all essentials, quiet. Owner very helpful.

Access to parking space very tight. Problems with reception on tv in lounge, but 2 other tvs, one in each room worked.

Basic amenities provided in flat so no need to go shopping. Location is very good 10min walk and in centre of Newmarket great.

Slight problem with shower control getting stuck on very hot. Difficult to turn and adjust needs further investigation

Cosy but clean apartment. Perfect to use as a base if you're out all day Like we were. The diner/lounge and kitchen are quite snug but the bedrooms are a decent size with clean linen and towels provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is dedicated parking behind the property and additional parking in the main road which is handy. I requested oat milk as I don't drink dairy, and Aaron kindly made sure there was some in the fridge for our arrival. We were also welcomed with a basket of snacks which my 15 year old nephew was very pleased with!

The bathroom and toilet are right next to the kitchen with only one door to seperate them. I understand this is the only way to utilise the available space but some people may find this off-putting. The shower could do with a bit more power too. Overall the apartment served our needs and we will probably book again.

"We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and the location was ideal"

Good location - a short walk away from the town centre and other amenities Two decent sized bedrooms with plenty storage space and very comfortable beds Aaron was very amenable, helpful and accommodating

Parking in the courtyard may be an issue but alternative parking is available A shame the bedrooms face the main road and not the allotments at the rear of the property - better view and less traffic noise!
