We can’t speak highly enough about the quality and comfort of the accommodation plus the welcome and service by Laura. The standard of fixtures and fitings was great, (the bed was super comfortable!), the garden is absolutely beautiful and everything you could want was provided for. We truely wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Owl Lodge again if we were in the area.

There really is nothing to dislike

My daughter, Christina and her boyfriend James stayed for 3 nights. The hosts were absolutely incredible and went the extra mile in every way, including being approachable and friendly. Breakfast (hot croissants) was provided in the room every morning along with cereal, fresh juice and fruits. This was restocked daily, or when requested, which added to the experience immensely. There is underfloor heating thoughout the lodge and the bedroom is lit up by skylights, with covers to block the light if needs be. Overall, I cannot recommend the stay enough and we will definitely be returning soon.

Hosts are very nice people, and the level of hospitality is exceptional.

If you like total privacy then this is perfect. No other guests around and the small but perfect space is all yours. Laura is available by message and always replies. The breakfast is just right, no cooking but, fresh food is really nice.

Little to improve on... Remember that this place is a B&B. The pub adjacent was not open on the Monday evening so take note. Other restaurants are not too far away.

Really beautiful accommodation, with all the home comforts you could possibly need. Impeccably decorated, comfy beds, lovely breakfast and all in a beautiful setting. Laura is the perfect host.
