Very clean and comfortable. Basic facilities but perfectly OK for a short stay. Excellent location

Bathroom lacked a mirror which was poor eg shaving Both bedside lamps weren't working.

Nothing the worst stay ever in my life

The owner won’t less us checking the date of our arrival no answering our calls or text messages then we find out the day after when we finally check in after a night at another place an hotel actually that the owner won’t let heater working more than 2 hours no matter the temperature outside and inside no matter I had 2 kids young ! Even booking try to speak with them but did face a rude attitude from them. Imagine when you are back in a cold appartement or when you wake up in a cold place ! 2 days after we all catch a cold ! And after they complain about a terrible mess they pretend refusing even to send us pictures in first request we find out that they video tape us on a private cctv with never informing us and not even giving us an access to our personal data. We have no clue about what they film and use theses videos ! Our fundamental privacy rights were damaged and no access possible to any information stoked and their use ou our right to access to them.

Apartment was very welcome, in a beautiful area by the sea.

Nothing was sent before I arrived on how to get in. I had to work out that I needed to get a door code and then I rang the contact number. After ringing a document was sent by MMS and the issue was quickly resolved.

- Beds were very clean and comfortable - The location is close to city and has spacious parking - The bathroom is newly renovated - The outside view from rooms are amazing towards the sea - There is washing machine and functional appliances in the kitchen

- The carpets both inside the house and in the stairs are very dirty and smells - There was no coffee, sugar, kitchen towel or any other basic provision in the kitchen

During the day before my arrival, I received a mail from the property asking to pay for a security deposit but I couldn't do it anyhow (I had booked through Booking.com and I had no details about them). The property did not answer the phone number available on Booking.com. As a result, we did not receive the code for the keys and we were left on the street. Never happened in so many years with Booking .com

The apartment was well equipped and had a stunning view.

The washing machine tore a hole in my husband's jeans but that won't stop us returning.

We were impressed with the layout of the flat and the veiws from the window of the sea and the port. Also that there were two double bedrooms.

Nothing everything was good.
