Very cosy, comfortable, stylish flat. Nice view from lounge window. Central. Mike is a great host. Everything is provided and lots of welcome extras.

Everything, best sleep I've had being away, felt at home , i was visiting family and location was perfect. Had more than enough with supplies, even had selection of cereal and diluting juices which came in handy. Along with hamper basket, and toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee machine with pods, kettle, you don't even get that in a bed and breakfast. Best I've stayed in. They had alexa, tvs in every room, tv bed was such a luxury. Beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend staying here.

Only thing I can think of is the stairs but wouldnt have view otherwise. It was a good workout 😅 but totally worth it

Everything was perfect! Clean and spacious, anything what you can think of. Even sleeping on the sofa-bed was surprisingly comfy. A little surprise box with snacks was a really nice gesture. Highly recommend!

The light censors kept coming on all the time. No proper kettle.

I loved everything about this stay. This felt like a home from home with all of the thoughtful things that make a very relaxing difference when away. Warm, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Arrival details were great, and follow up with us, over something we missed, was fabulous. So unbelievably helpful. I haven't attached any photos, because it is exactly as advertised.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving... I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

So cosy.. it had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of. Even welcomed by a Xmas tree up in the living room. I was going to do a shop for bread, milk, tea , coffee, cleaning wipes etc.. it was all there! Even little butters, crisps & chocolate. So lovely. We felt so at home, could’ve stayed forever. The location was brilliant, minutes walk from X95 bus stops to Carlisle & Edinburgh (£6.10 with the borderless app ticket). Very near Morrisons ,Aldi and Sainsbury’s supermarkets as well as a few minutes walk into town. Loved it here.

It didn’t bother us but the stairs up to the property would be difficult if you had Mobility issues or heavy cases you couldn’t carry.
