Thanks Mike everything was perfect. So relaxing after a long drive from Tomintoul. Had a little stroll round your pretty town. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

* thorough instructions on getting there/how to enter * private parking space * clean and well presented close * well equipped kitchen * the complimentary drinks/snacks * full length mirror in main bedroom * iron/ironing board in cupboard * TV built into the bed frame (didn’t use but is a nice touch) * bay window in living room (view from this is lovely) * massive TV in living room with streaming services * ‘gay friendly’ section in guest information book * visitor book was a nice touch * flat felt safe and secure

* door had been left open by cleaner (we’re assuming) * a number of food products out of date * sponge on Dishmatic badly needed replaced * water dispenser on fridge was so mouldy the water wouldn’t come out * open bottles of diluting juice etc left in fridge from previous guests * duck feather & down pillows/duvet * no curtains in main bedroom which let in light * couches weren’t very comfy

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment with a huge smart TV and a nice view from the living room windows. The large hamper of snacks and drinks was a definite bonus.

It's on the top floor so there a lot of steps to climb to reach it.

Very clean and luxurious accomodation, great facilities, comfortable, very happy with he stay. The owner was very helpful with instructions, and the fantastic hamper was very well received. Highly recommended

There is nothing wrong with the apartment. Just be aware its up a couple of flights of stairs if carrying heavy luggage.

An absolute gem - this place is just amazing. Furnished and equipped to 5 star hotel standard. Spotless, gleaming, luxurious, every need provided for and a hamper to feed a family with delicious goodies. Easy free parking, good views, 2 mins walk to the town and lovely views. So quiet too. Perfect!

Stairs to accommodation not suitable for anybody with special needs.

Clean, very well equipped flat. Every single detail has been thought of. Very generous welcome pack. Mike is helpful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble. Just excellent all round.

If not familiar with Hawick, the parking is slightly hard to find. But once you know, it’s no bother!
