Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment by the Sea

WHERE do I begin!! From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we saw the Sea, directly across the road from this ground floor apartment. AND, it has a huge yard, not a patio. :). We had NO idea that this apartment was so large! We don't wanna ever leave. It literally is stocked with everything you need, for a short or long term stay. To top it off, the owners are wonderful. It is so nice working directly with an owner, who cares deeply about your experience, and not some rental company, who really doesn't care at all. Most of all, after a one year travel experience through Europe and back to the UK. this has been #1 on our stay list. As I said, we are only leaving because we have to. :). As many know, pictures online are rarely what it is in person, but this apartment exceeds all your expectations.

Spacious apartment. Wonderful location. The host is very helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Very convenient.

One of the bathrooms has only tub without curtain so it's quite difficult to keep the floor dry. Thus, we ended up using just one bathroom with the shower. Some certain areas are full of dust and spider web. The washer is bit dirty. We had to clean it before using.

Good location for the coast and a short taxi ride into the centre of Newquay. Apartment is large with lots of space in the sitting / dining / kitchen area. Clean and easy to access. Dedicated parking on site.

Everything about this flat is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice how large this place really is. The location is also spot on, close to local amenities and beautiful beaches

There was a slightly odd smell (food or damp or something??) when you first entered and then I guess we just got used to it so it didn’t interfere with our visit at all.

Amazing property in prime location. Had a great stay at this apartment, couldn’t have asked for more the property had everything we required. Will definitely be back in the future.
