"Brilliant location, great amenities and easy check in and out."

Location and amenities were fantastic. Having a washer and dryer was perfect.

The only downside was that one bedroom had an intense perfume scent in it and we could not locate the diffuser or the source to remove it. The perfume gave my wife a headache. I would consider not having a ent diffusers in any accommodation. They poorly mask unpleasant odours and affect many people negatively.

"Nice place in Edinburgh City Center"

Clean, organized with everything you need for your stay, and very close to the city center. The staff is very attentive. Nice shower, btw!

The beds are a bit small and uncomfortable for tall people.

"location was good - very expensive for the stay and the location didn’t our weigh the noise"

so noisy you could hear everyone and then you also had the loudness of the bin men/ delivery drivers just so noisy

Nice place, close to everything! Owner very responsive.

Only 2 toilet rolls were provided for 4 of us for 4 days 😔. Other than that... everything else is superb! Will be back
