The location is great. Staff did it's best to fix problems that came up.

It is not obvious when you first arrive and not great for luggage since there are only stairs. The toilet was clogged at arrival and it took nearly 3 hours to fix. I would like to see better cleaning

Brilliant stay at this apartment. Location is superb for exploring the city as everything is close at hand. The host who is very helpful always replies quickly.

The location is good, but unfortunately everything else was very disappointing. The bathroom ventilation fan was broken, making showers uncomfortable. For a self-catering apartment, the bed is the most important thing — and this was by far the worst I’ve experienced in Manchester. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with springs making loud noises and pressing into your body. The bed frame also seemed loose and creaked with every movement. None of us had a proper night’s sleep during our stay. The duvet was too thin. Although there was heating, it was set on a timer (around 5 hours), meaning we had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on or the room became too cold. We were also asked to bag all rubbish and take it outside to street bins upon checkout. While I understand keeping the place tidy, this is the first time I’ve been asked to dispose of rubbish outside the building myself. Overall, very poor comfort and not worth the price. There are much better apartments nearby at a similar cost. Would not stay again.

The property is at market street which is probably the best thing about it.

The property was unclean, furnished with old mattress and inefficient responses from the host about hygiene concerns and health & safety issues. The host was unresponsive and rude and did not take responsibility of any issues communicated and ghosted us when we wanted to discuss possible refunds for the nights we did not stay. There were RATS in the flat. We received no support from the host in this as we had to leave the flat and find alternative accommodation which cost more while we paid for the flat. On top of that the host wouldn’t communicate with us about any compensation or our complaints. The pillow covers were covered in dust, marks and what seemed to be food remains.

It’s a perfect central location. Well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Curtains in the bedroom need hemming and a bigger dining table would be nice.

Molto umida, aria malsana sin dalle scale e nell'appartamento mi ha provocato un attacco di asma. Infissi non chiudono bene. Strada molto rumorosa. Bagno molto molto piccolo, molto umido e assai pericoloso uscire dalla doccia.... è assai facile scivolare.
