Heart of the City Centre - Serviced Apartments

Great location. Close to everything. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Check in was speedy and easy. Communication was excellent and extremely helpful.

Apartment was extremely cold 🥶 (it was winter though) Heating was good but were on timers so woke up cold on a morning. Beds were extremely flimsy. Had to get the management out on the first night to fix one of them. Creaky and the mattresses were paper thin and uncomfortable.

This apartment was brilliant we had a lovely family weekend staff it was clean and tidy and very comfortable if I messaged was quick and responding was easy to get to close to Manchester Piccadilly station only 10 minutes walk and that was with a little one

For accommodating 3-4 people, one bathroom was not enough. The heat situation was terrible - the radiators were on a short timer that had to be manually reset which meant the rooms never got warm enough, and the pace was freezing overnight. The building also did not have a lift, which was not mentioned in the listing. We had to physically carry 3-4 heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs which was really inconvenient.

Location was excellent.

The windows needed to be double glazed to cut out the noise from the street.

Everything nice and clean and excellent location close to everything.

Bi noisy but expecting considering location
