There was mold in the bathroom and the mattress were not of good quality, gave me back ache.

The view of Loch Linnhe was stunning!

The outside of the block had that industrial look, but the inside made up for it.

The shower, quite new, efficient and clean. The parking space outside was convenient.

A stale smell in the sitting room. We put hot water switch on as directed in the evening but by morning it was still only lukewarm. Old, unhygienic cushions especially the one on the footstool. Bedsheets were old and some of them were stained. The toilet door lock was broken. The shower room basin taps would not turn. Some of the plates were chipped, the pans had to be washed before we could use them and a pan lid was missing its handle which is dangerous. All the towels, bed linen and furnishings were worn and could do with being revamped or renewed.
