Fantastic place to stay clean and comfortable

Its location is fantastic all that Blackpool has to offer on it’s doorstep

Paid over £800 for three nights. Given the other hotels in the area are a lot cheaper i was expecting luxury and this was not the case. Despite booking the apartment and expecting that to be it I was only informed AFTER booking that i was not allowed to use all the bedrooms as this would mean an extra charge despite having 2 adults and 2 children in a three bedroom apartment Luckily my children did not mind sharing but this is not the point i paid for an apartment so expected full use of all the rooms instead i had to seal of one of the bedrooms to avoid being charged more. Apartment below threw party's on both the Friday and Saturday nights causing broke sleep for my children despite being told party's were not allowed. Also was informed 2 days before i needed to send over a £200 deposit or i would not be allowed to access the apartment. Then i was only given back £175 of this as apparently rubbish was left in the bedroom. The only thing that could of been left is an empty water bottle on the side and how this is not part of the normal cleaning fee is ridiculous. Also absolutely no parking near the apartment.The one the host suggested is a multistory car park over 5 mins away. Would not stay here as a family or even as a group.

The noise was awful The communication is poor the deposit scheme is a scam to get more money No Parking Lots of stairs Not value for money

The property had everything we needed as a group, rooms, amenities, location.

The rules seemed quite strict, but we all adhered to this, so it’s fine really. If you just keep them in the loop, then you should be fine.

The property was beautifully decorated and the interior had the WOW factor.

Very clean and tidy

Attention to detail in furnishing Facilities Shower was amazing
