Tiny but beautiful

A bit far from hadrians wall down a really dangerous road. We got a taxi back to the wall the next day.

Well-maintained and clean. Everything needed in a holiday flat was provided.

Powerful shower, cooking facilities and spacious

Lovely clean, tastefully decorated property in the centre of town. Excellent use of space. Great parking, close to the shops. Has everything you need for a short stay. I didn't realise it had two bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Not sure that was clear on booking.com The air fryer is a great addition to the small kitchen. The kitchen had a few supplies which is a nice touch. The owners/managers are caring without being overly attentive or needing to know what time we planned to arrive. Two single beds in the main bedroom that can be moved together.

Being extremely picky, the kettle lid falls off. It's annoying when it falls off, particularly when it falls into something dirty or splashes hot water. It can be a little noisy with road traffic, especially during the day. Like being at home for me, but might not suit everyone. The entrance door would benefit from a blind/door curtain being fitted as it's between the lounge/kitchen and second bedroom.

Very tiny, very small. Had to put 2 single beds together. Owners were lovely.

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed for two nights. The owner kindly offered to dry all our wet walking clothes and boots which made such a difference.
