It is a nice house, great for goups. There is a bus stop, in 5 minutes walking distance, from where you are in the centre in 25 minutes.

Parking for 1 car right next to the property is convenient. The house was clean enough and appliances were in working order. The owners were quick enough with answering questions and providing instructions.

The fact that they required a £100 refundable deposit AFTER already charging extra for cleaning services, and then still telling us to clean the apartment before check-out was beyond me and a first in all my years of booking through booking.com. We did get the deposit back though. The “couch” in the tiny sitting/dining room needs replacement urgently. It would be helpful if they provided washing pegs for the washing line so people can actually use it when the weather allows it.

The property had plenty of room overall, with each bedroom having a double bed. I will definitely be checking availability on this place when I return to Manchester in the near future. Overall great value for money.

The properties only downside is a lack of living room space, however very aware there is not much that can be done about this as beds and bedroom space has been maximised.

giving me a tough time on deposits which I am not aware of. very stressful they don't take credit cards only Paypal which is not a standard practice in the USA. I hate to say not again to Manchester. we had 3 houses booked with 14 family members.
