Host & Stay - Regency Mansions Apartment

Excellent location, comfy beds and the bathrooms were really nice with powerful showers. The sofas were comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit throughout the apartment. Loads of space, and wardrobes in every room. The sea was just about visible from the windows and we could see the iconic Redcar penguins from the windows too.

The kitchen was poorly equipped and small. The flooring needed repairing in places.

Perfect location for the course i was attending and great being right opposite the sea. The apartment was a really good size for the price. Comfy beds and a really nice large living room communal area.

On arrival, there was a really bad smell coming from the kitchen sink. We contacted customer service but didn't get a reply. In the end, we just had to make sure the plug was in and closed as it was the drain that smelt terrible. It would be worth having somebody clean the trap under the sink. The apartment was advertised as having a coffee machine, which it did, but it would have been nice to be told what sort so i could have bought some pods for it beforehand. Perhaps have a couple of pods supplied on the first day. We were surprised to find an xbox 360 in the living room, which was exciting until we found it didn't actually work and only had one controller. This wasn't advertised, so it would have been a bonus anyway.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, can’t think of anything tk complain about.

The location and the apartment itself were perfect for what we needed. Great space for families.

There was a collection of small bags that's had had white powder in left in a draw in the living area that one of the children found, there were empty alcohol bottles left in the draws in the children's room, everyone is entitled to do what they like but they should have been removed before new guests arrived, as it is not what I would like my children to be around. The house bathroom smelt badly on arrival and the smell lingered. The crockery in the kitchen all had to be rewashed before use as it was not clean, nor was the air fryer.

Everything we wanted was there. The decor was beautiful and the apartment was clean.

The middle bathroom had a sewage smell.

Place was immaculate, clean and well furnished. Excellent location, short walk away from my favourite cafe - One Up

Loved the decor and having the Christmas trees made it extra special. Very spacious apartment, and the location was good. Easy walks along promenade and good train/ bus service. Comfy beds with nice bedding. Handy having a washing machine.

Wasn't anything to really dislike. Small additions to increase the amount of crockery and cooking utensils would have made it even better.

Everything, I want to buy this property and also hire the people who furnished it
