Our stay at Ramskir Apartment Doncaster was extremely disappointing and unsettling. When we first checked in around 3.30pm, we had access to the living room without any issues. However, after leaving the property at 4 pm and returning around midnight, we found the living room door locked and inaccessible. Despite messaging the host for clarification, we received no response. The next morning, when we messaged again asked again for access to retrieve a bag left in the living room, things took a disturbing turn. While my wife was downstairs, the host suddenly opened the door from the inside and behaved strangely. Feeling alarmed, my wife and children quickly ran upstairs to warn me that a intruder man was inside the property. When confronted, the host acted as if he didn’t understand English. This terrifying experience made us leave immediately. It turned out the host was sleeping in the same living room we had paid to use for privacy. We are deeply disappointed by such situations!

The ease of parking and entry to the property. The house was very clean and tidy.

The property has potential, but our stay didn’t quite meet expectations. We booked, assuming we’d have access to the whole house, only to find the lounge excluded unless we had paid extra when booking. A living room feels like a standard feature, and it was disappointing not to have it included. This left us with nowhere to sit and watch TV or relax other than in bed. The bedrooms were adequate, but details let them down: a single duvet on a double bed, very flat pillows in need of renewal, and no bedside lamp in one room. These small things added up and affected comfort. It felt at times like we were playing musical chairs when arranging things. Paying extra for upgrades is understandable, but charging separately for use of the lounge seems unreasonable. With a few improvements and clearer expectations, this could be a much better stay, but as it stands, we left disappointed. I think the management should decide to make the whole property available and charge the going rate. ---

Nothing! Student digs!

The garden is nothing like the pictures! Very poor! The large double bed mattress protector was disgusting! And mattress is worn ! Wallpaper damaged in small rooms.needs a good painting! The duvet and pillows are the poorest qaulity i have ever seen! Like paper! I saw the pictures and thought wow ! That looks nice for 1 night but belive me its very tired Plus no living room yet on a door saying STAFF! we could hear sports booming out for a good few hours.

No living room space to sit. Single room no way of plugging tv in
