Excellent location close to centre of town

Bedsheets should preferably be white. Not all the heaters seem to be working . No milk in the fridge

Nothing, we had a bad experience

1/ code for the key safe sent at 8 pm! Check in is at 4 pm 2/ code for the key safe wrong, we had to call the owner leading to extra phone fees as we are not from the UK. 3/ SMOKY apartment, we could breath and stay as a tea towel was burning on the stove! The smell of burn was so strong. We had to call the owner again for him to come. 4/ the owner apologized but the only solution he gave was to find another apartment ourselves if we were not happy (it was 10:30 pm!) 5/ we had to stay outside for 30 min the time that some fresh air could "clean" the smoke. Impossible to stay inside with the smell. So dangerous ! Even the tea towel burning, it could have burned the whole building ! 6/ and the Chery on the cake, NO WIFI !! again we are not from the UK, we needed the wifi!!
