Crown Cabin Wiltshire near Longleat and Bath

The cabin was so cosy and relaxing. Perfect location if you’re after somewhere to get away from everyday life and just switch off. Facilities were spotless & very homely.

Excellent and clear instructions. Light under the key safe to illuminate it - which really helps in winter. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Promptly responded to an unexpected issue and not only replaced a fitted heater straight away that was not working, but loaned a back up heater too, to ensure that the cabin heated up comfortably. comfortable bed and blackout blinds made for a great sleep. Guest space is entirely separate and private and has great views over the paddock and beyond. Very neat kitchenette unit.

A tea towel would have been useful to dry washed crockery and cutlery rather than just leave to drain. I found the bathroom quite cold as it is well ventilated, but no heat source in there. Plenty of towels though, so it they weren't dry there were alternatives. :)

Instruction were clear, hosts were there and super friendly. It’s a beautiful place with an awesome dog and beautiful horses

Beautiful cabin at the end of good sized garden with plenty of room between the cabin and house. The cabin had its own decked area where you could relax if the weather was nice. The inside of the cabin was comfortable and warm, the bed was really good, slept well both nights and the shower was great also, the water was hot so quickly. Simon and Gina were very hospitable and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as good as possible. Plenty of places to eat very near and a short drive into Trowbridge if you need a train.

Location was ideal for us to travel to bath the next day. The room had everything we wanted and needed and the whole space outside and inside was kept so tidy. Genuinely amazing for the price. Would much rather stay there than most hotels. Tv was in a great place and bed was really comfy.

Really really nip picking but potentially a bit more water pressure in the shower but was still absolutely fine. Wouldn’t change anything else about the place.

We were provided with a great explanation on how to access the property and keys from the key safe prior to our arrival.

The cabin is a delight. The hosts, Gina and Simon were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Perfect. Considering you’re basically staying in someone’s back garden, you don’t get that feeling at all. The garden itself is very spacious, the path to the cabin is paved and it is set out very well. Inside it has modern facilities (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle) with individual furnishings. Being a work trip, it was wasted on me, but it would be ideal for a break away. I’ve never been so relaxed when staying away for work. It really is beautiful

very comfortable and secluded cabin, very clean with all the amenities you need. The hosts Gina and Simon were very friendly and offered great advice on places to visit. Good central location to visit many places of interest.

Everything is great. We loved the cabin.. Small but efficient. Also very close to nice places like bath. We loved the ponies and horse and the lovely garden. Everything was great. Parking also available on site and very nice garden with all facilities. Shower is fantastic and bed very comfortable.

There is no table inside.
