A great apartment in the centre of Fowey. Super clean and plenty of space.

Very good location - close to Fowey centre

No parking, but we knew that from the information and there was a main car park 5 minutes walk away

Location excellent - good as short stay base. Facilities ok . Good if you have a pet as has secure outside area - we didn’t have a pet with us.

A little dark - needed to have light on in lounge all the time as there was no window. The en-suite shower room - needs attention as when used leaks under the flooring and smells very damp. Damp areas all round property. Car parking a mare. We paid for 1 weeks stay- but on return from a trip out had to pay extra as no space in original car park. Daily clanging of bottles being binned a little disturbing - but got you up ready for the day 😂

It was clean and well situated in the middle of the town, and close to restaurants and ferries within walking distance, and also to the coast path.

It was quite a walk from the parking areas, and in order to drop luggage off you need to hold up the traffic. The apartment was sparsely equipped, and there was nowhere to hang wet towels in the en-suite bathroom, and in the main bathroom also the towel rail did not seem to warm up. Also it was a bit claustrophobic at night with no windows or doors open (the doors are within reach of public alleyways).

The location, being near shops and restaurants was good.

No facilities for parking the car close by.

Just excellent!! Right in the middle of everything. Very clean and very modern!

It would worry me in the summer, the lack of available windows to open to get any air. I went in Feb, which was great, but even with the heating off, I was warm in the night. But it wouldn't stop me going.

Location is perfect for a stroll around fowey and the local walks. Although Fowey is extremely steep and one to be aware of if you struggle, once you’re at cottage you are within close walking distance to all the shops and pubs/restaurants and harbour. The cottage is equipped for dining inside or out with a little courtyard and picnic table. Had everything you need all amenities covered including washing machine iron and ironing board, spoilt with 2 bathrooms. Would happily stay here every year!

We’ve stayed here before and I don’t find the beds/pillows very comfortable.

The location was great, at the centre of everything. It was clean, tidy and fully equipped.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no window to open in the main bedroom.

We really liked the location and having the outside space for the dog! Also the space was very good.

The outside gate into the property is not very secure, it needs a bolt on the inside and a latch that goes over the top to make it more sturdy. One day we had high winds and it blew the gate open and the handle came off.
