Great apartment and host, couldn't have been any better

Everything about this apartment is brilliant, Marie was so helpful from start to finish, there was a wee welcome pack left for me (eggs, croissants, biscuits, chocolate, lemonade, porridge), the apartment was spotlessly clean, the facilities were brilliant, sofa and bed were very comfortable, bathroom was great, it's a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, entry was simple via a lock-box, it really is a fabulous apartment in every sense. If I could give a score higher than 10 I definitely would.

I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment whatsoever.

The welcome pack was great. We used most of it. The porridge pots were very handy for a quick breakfast on the day we left at 6am for the early ferry. Everything we needed was conveniently placed in the flat. All the appliances were of an excellent standard. A lot of thought had gone into the furnishings. Mirrors, plugs, lights etc all in the correct place. Easy walkable distance to the town. We didn't need to use the car when going shopping or sightseeing in Stornoway.

There was a very minor issue . It was easy to lean against the washing machine when at the sink. The buttons were very sensitive making it easy to inadvertently pause the machine. I don't think this problem can be avoided but worthwhile noting for future guests.

Cleanliness of apartment and near to town centre.

Inability to operate TV.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great location. We loved having the use of the fireplace. It was a really nice touch having some things supplied for breakfast

We couldn't get the main oven working correctly. instructions didn't correspond to the oven.

Perfect place to stay in a great location, close to all amenities and a fabulous host, Marie! It's like a home from home, Marie has thought of everything a guest could possibly need. It's a fabulous apartment. She was so helpful and kind to us. The welcome pack was delightful, too!

Loved everything about it!

Clean, safe, easy entry, special touches upon arrival, all appliances perfect, warm and comfortable. Parking in front. Walking to all anyone needs. Precious town.
