Great views

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were very clean, comfortable, amply spacious with a balcony that provided a fabulous view of the sea from its prominent position high above the town.

We had to leave!

Beautiful villa, and picturesque gardens. We stayed in Napoli which was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a balcony with comfortable seating area. Location was very good too only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Louise and Sean were great hosts, very welcoming.

Only small issue the toilet seat is too close to the cistern so does not stay up

We turned up early as we were allowed to park our car at the property way before our accomidation was ready, but upon very early arrival we were met by Sean who informed us that our room was actually ready and that we could use it right away! What a fantastic and nice surprise

Das Haus sah super aus……beeindruckend, sehr gepflegt, gute Einrichtung und schöner Garten und fantastische Aussicht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Just maybe could have left some milk or bottled water or even a little mini bar just as a welcome gift .

Owners lovely and friendly and helpful

This hotel stay was advertised as fully wheelchair accessible. With a dedicated disabled parking space, right outside my apartment for my wheelchair accessible vehicle. The space was so small only a bike could park in it and let other cars get around to the carpark. There are many aspects of this apartment that are not accessible. Its caused me extreme pain and ruined what should have been a romatic 2 nights away with no kids. I specifically put in the filter wheelchair accessible this hotel came up as number 1 and the only available fully wheelchair accessible hotel. 3 steps up to property, so for me to enjoy the private veranda (which isn't private at all) I need help to get there. My wheelchair doesn't fit around the room or cant be pushed on such thick carpets so i couldn'tuse it at all. Requirring my carer to physically help me at all times. Cannot transfer from wheelchair to bed or toilet or shower, no room. Shower stated was fully accessible. The shower doors cant close if im sat on the shower seat meaning I've not showered for 2 days. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user. A wheelchair couldn't even get into the bathroom or the front or back door!. Too slim, too many steps. I couldn't reach the electric radiator so I could turn the heating back on every 2 hours. I spent the first night very cold. The inaccessible, inaccurately described apartment is not fit for wheelchairs or scooters or disabled people in any way. Please do not book this place if you require it to be accessible. The owners were lovely. Place clean, pretty surroundings. Looks great in photo's. But reality is very different if you can't walk. Disabled people require dignity and true to life expectations of hotels and how they are described. Disabilities are not a one size fits all! I asked many questions to the owners before arrival. I was told many times this room was completely wheelchair accessible. This was not as described by booking.com.
