Spacious 3-Bed, Town Centre, Parking, Near Beach

Matt was very informative and helped us with all our luggage when we arrived .A lovely clean apartment, great location with parking available.

Excellent location for us, just a short stroll into town centre. Parking space, very clean and good facilities. Host very helpful. Yes there’s a lot of stairs but we knew that as it’s a loft space but very spacious.

Shower not very powerful and could be a bit temperamental but fine once you got the hang of it

Location, offering parking and cleanliness

The location was fantastic. Very close to the centre of town and beach. The apartment is very cosy and like a home from home. Very clean and tidy and my kids particularly loved it. A lovely beachy theme inside.

Everything was excellent and I don’t want dull that at all. If I had to say anything it would be that the bed was a little firmer than I would have liked and the towels were quite small, but there were many excellent qualities that make these small.

Ideal location as one of us was attending a work conference at the conference centre. Close to beach within city centre. Great detailed instructions provided with very useful app. Parking was great, didn't need to move the car during the stay as everything on doorstep. Nice layout with everything we needed. Lovely bathroom with good shower. We visited in the middle of a heatwave so electric fans were very useful, as were the provided ear plugs. Beach was lovely & clean. Loads of places to eat out as well.

Noise from pub behind property at night & seagulls. Ear plugs were provided & much appreciated as we needed the windows open due to heatwave. The only other negative were the stairs, but that said, our 77 year old mum managed them.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, um den Strand, die Innenstadt (und Busstationen) und den Stadtteil Westbourne bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

The apartment was excellent very clean and tidy.Had a lovely weekend there the owner was very helpful and welcoming and Bournemouth is such a lovely place.

It's only a 12 minute walk to the beach. It's lovely, bright and cosy in there. The ceiling wasn't as low as it looks in the pictures, so despite being on the top floor it's quite spacious for the room it occupies. The detailed instructions for how to check in were perfect and absolutely removed any ambiguity or doubt on where to park and how to locate the lock box (I've been places before with zero guide on this, and ended up having to call the owner). Great communication from the host and you even get a complete working guide to the flat, it's the best I've ever had from a booking.

You have to climb those stairs! But do you know what? They were right when they said it's worth it. Get your steps in!
