It was a lovely time of year to visit York with the Christmas markets in full swing and the city festive and welcoming. Thus beautiful apartment overlooks the river and is a short walk to a vast array of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and historical sites of interest. The apartment was warm and cosy and the Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sofas perfect for curling up with a book or a movie.

No real criticisms at all-we had a wonderful stay. Be aware that there a re a few flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. The flush on the loo is a bit stiff ( there is a knack to this but not easy if you have arthritic hands).

The location was exceptional and the river views were fantastic. The spec, cleanliness and layout of the apartment were superb. Zak, the property manager, provided first class service throughout the entirety of the stay. Everything you need and more for a perfect stay.

The property and service is genuinely beyond flawless. We paid £762.41 for 2 nights which for me, represents ok value. I knew this before I booked so can’t complain. I did a fair amount of research and this cost just about stacks up for comparable properties.
