I wish I read the reviews before I book it, there are very quick to take a £200 deposit but not so quick to refund it (11 days). I had to contact booking.com customer service as nothing from the property. 😤

Location near tube station

Unclean. Hard to check in with complicated unnecessary forms. Really difficult to get the deposit back and had to contact booking.com for support. Once the host had the deposit money and they sent access details the communication stopped. Difficult to open keycode. No toilet roll. Stains on duvet and furniture. Rubbish left. Windows didn’t work properly. Avoid at all costs!

everything. my staff left straight away as they didnt feel safe. on entering the apartment 2 men ran past and threw skittles at them, one of the windows was boarded up and loose so people had been getting into the apartment. Gangs were on or hanging around the corners just outside the property. Parking was a 12 minute walk away. All the post boxes were vandalised. Couldnt get hold of the owner when they arrived and he hasnt responded since. Trying to get a refund from Booking.com... we will see

Location excellent to get into central London. Basic accommodation.

Complicated before going with needing to send ID and deposit, had to ask several times to get the deposit back. Lack of basic requirements such as toilet roll and tea towels. Bathroom and bedrooms were not clean and the window in twin room was not secure.

Host has withheld return of deposit, stating there was damage but has provided no evidence of said damage

Do not book this property, they have not refunded the security deposit despite a month passing numerous phone calls and messages and promises for it to be refunded. THIEVES.

Apart from all the problems with the property, at least the beds were comfy.

The location was in a bad feeling neighbourhood. Basic facilities like soap or toilet paper wasn't even provided. The apartment itself was smelly and sticky and poorly cleaned and obviously bad value for money. However this is not a property, rather a London problem.
