The stairs were ripped up with pins sticking out which caused an injury there was glass under the sofa rubbish in the attic bedrooms was really let down with the hottubs beeping and powering off and the shower button in the hot tub room breaking alot of people left due to disappointment and want their money back

the property was huge and well kept. the staff were great and so accommodating.

the only thing that wasn’t great was the base of the main bed was broken which we didn’t realise until we went to bed so some had to sleep on the floor. I reported this and a lovely lady named Linda allowed us to check out a bit later due to the inconvenience.

The property was unreal absolutely gorgeous so classy loved it!

Only downside was the heat but it can’t be helped in the heat of the summer just maybe a few more fans would of been a help
