Fantastic apartment with everything you would need for a break. Excellent location. Have been before and will be back.

The ground floor bathroom had a bad sewage smell that needs looked at.

Stove didn’t work consistently. Worth checking if the pots are the correct ones for the type of stove.

The location was very close to the main centre of St Andrews. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well furnished with quality accessories throughout. Basics were also supplied such as toiletries and kitchen essentials. The upstairs lounge is spacious with a balcony. Bedrooms are small but adequate and both have ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped and all crockery etc appeared new. We also spent time at the Spa at the Old Course Hotel which we would recommend. Parking nearby to the apartment is very convenient and not expensive.

Additional hand towels in kitchen and downstairs bathroom could be included. I had problems contacting the company regarding early entry. Some flexibility on the timing of entry to apartments could I believe be considered where it is possible.

The apartment was very hot, even without heating. Not much that could be done about that, other than open windows as the heating wasn’t on. One set of pillows were a bit lumpy on the double bed. The yellow sofas in the lounge need replaced, they sink right down and back when you sit on them, which makes them uncomfortable. Also, there aren’t enough to throw cushions to support your back on the sofa, particularly with the issues on the yellow sofas. Shower in the kids bedroom was broken so needed to be hand held to take a shower.
