Arriving on the day of the Queen's funeral few places are open for dinner.

I felt very lucky that I somehow managed to book for the weekend (17th Sept). Family of 4, kids 5 and 8. The place is basically on the beach :) Cannot be more convenient, the apartment is great, everything you need. Then the food downstairs - I can comment only on 2 kids sausage meals and 2 lab burger meals, which were very, very delicious. Then - endless beaches, plenty of sunshine, the sea, seal sanctuary, North Sea Observatory and many more places to visit. Oh, yes and bubble gum ice-cream at the promenades around. Thank you Claire and Jason and son! Hope to be back again

Such a lovely, welcoming and cozy place to spend our holiday. The bed was sooo comfy and being so close to the beach was amazing, you could hear the waves crashing on the beach whilst laying in bed. My furry babies loved that you were on the beach as soon as you stepped out of the apartment 🐶💞🫶 Will definitely be returning 🥰

Modern and beautifully fitted out. very comfortable beds. very private. Fabulous hosts, who couldn’t do enough to make it a great stay. Wonderful cafe just downstairs providing superb breakfasts and lunches. cant’t wait to visit again.

Brilliant location. You can walk to the beach in a minute great rooms and really great shower .

Bin men coming at 4am isn't great but not the accomodations fault.

The location of the property was the best a few steps away from the beach The use of the garden after the cafe had closed was great especially for using up the last bit of energy for the kids and dog We were very fortunate with the weather which meant we had a restful few days on the beach Would definitely recommend both for location and facilities

There was a big stain on the sofa which was a bit off putting

everything! well thought out , clean comfy and everything you needed for the perfect stay

nothing ! all perfect 👍 ( although shower was a little hot ) 😛
