Not within your control, but there was a lot of night activity which resulted in being woken up a couple of times.

Great location in the heart of the city, accommodation was exactly as expected and would recommend for anyone looking to explore Inverness.

Furnishings were quite nice. Beds comfortable. Location was central. Was amazing to have a washer and dryer in the unit when traveling.

It was quite loud all night. Someone else mentioned loud birds and I didn’t pay it much mind. However, there is an extremely loud bird noise that lasted all night. Also people walking through the alleyway make for a lot of noise. Also found the price to be quite high compared to our other lodging throughout Scotland.

Great location. Apartment was roomy, and the washer was a big plus!

Parking was in a nearby garage. It was a little tricky getting in/out sometimes, but pressing the call button to alert the garage attendant usually sorted it out.

We appreciated that there is a separate washer and dryer. This is key for traveling families. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. I really appreciated that there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner at the property as some BnBs do not offer this. Thank you and will stay again next trip to Inverness! Highly recommend.

Great instructions and information about area. Very clean. Very nicely put together and homey. Safe area. Parking was super easy in the parking garage.

The only thing was the hot water was not on so the second and third shower the first dy were cold, but once we figured this out, everything else was great.

We really liked the layout and spaciousness. Our group of 4 was very comfortable. The space was perfect for us to hang out and watch TV, eat dinner, eat breakfast, and do some laundry. The host had thought of everything we needed to be comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as tea, milk in the fridge, laundry pods, extra blankets, etc.

This isn't under the host's control, but there were some very loud seagulls squawking and crying out repeatedly around midnight. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to sleep. Perhaps this is a very infrequent occurrence.
