The Lombard House - Sleeps Up To 12

Absolutely Nothing Positive To Say

The Lombard House was simply uninhabitable. As you can see by the photos I took, the property was absolutely revolting. Accommodation once again was, repelling, disgusting and filthy to say the least! I was shocked to see that there was an illegal substance that someone had clearly been smoking, as the whole house stunk. The toilet was disgraceful, there was mold behind the bed, and I think the rest of the photos speak for themselves. Honestly no words can describe how awful this accommodation is / was. We paid £860.00 and you couldn't even pay me to stay here. I have emailed the company and I am expecting a full refund or at least a partial refund (as they moved us to a different accommodation) but the fact that this house is even allowed to be shown on booking.com is beyond on me! Not a great start to the birthday weekend!

Location was great for city centre

Very dull as there where missing bulbs in rooms and not enough lighting in general, showers kept going cold, heating in some of the rooms didn’t work so it was freezing

Amazing value for money. Clean apartment. Great facilities. Would book again.

The only down fall was just 1 toilet for such a big apartment. But would stay again.

Bedrooms

For 12 people . The fridge was tiny and a lot of our shopping was wasted as we had brought food from home. There was not enough pans to cook with and no table to sit down for meals.

Fabulous property, ever so clean and cosy, also very close to centre, easy walk to shops
