Was very grateful to be allowed in apartment early to drop case off (My parents were arriving early) and host had no problem with this and very helpful.

Was all good. (very tiny but maybe a cloth in kitchen to clean down worktops)

Brilliant house super comfy beds and house was in great location to enable you to walk to city 30 minutes but also had good pubs and restaurants nearby. Will return Belfast hospitality is great.

Great beds and a very quiet neighborhood.

A bit far from the center, but near of the university.

Spacious warm accommodation, centrally located. Close to the university and a short bus ride into the city. Two toilets and showers good for a bigger party. Generous supply of crockery, cook ware and basics to facilitate cooking. Host very responsive.

No negatives

Was a nice apartment. Really liked the 2 bed, 2 bathroom element which made it really quick and easy to get ready!! Bedrooms good size, beds comfortable, towels available. Oh and great shower!! Apartment is as it appears in the pictures. Check-in was seamless and easy and a lovely touch was being able to check-in super early at no additional cost, so thank you for that! Saved walking around Belfast after a 4am start with our luggage!! There are some good attractions a stones throw from the apartment, like the botanical gardens and the Ulster museum which was actually great and a must see. A few Pictures attached!

The main issue was the cold. The hallway and kitchen/diner never seemed to warm up albeit the bedrooms did get nice and toasty really quickly which was great. Just need to make sure you keep the doors closed. There are also no toiletries in the bathroom, except hand-wash. Not sure if that's an over expectation for a rental apartment, but would have been a nice touch. Location is the Queens quarter, it's about a 30min walk to city centre or a bus ride of about 10mins at a cost of £2.30, so not terrible but we would have wanted to be a little closer to the city centre for our first visit to Belfast. Final slight issue for me was the deposit taken by making a PayPal deposit of £200. This needed to be made before you got the key code to the apartment, which i hadnt realised so we were already on our way to Belfast before i realised this! I am used to damage deposits being taken through booking.com, so my daughter thought this could be a scam BUT I will quickly add it wasn't and I got a message quite quickly to say the deposit had been received with the keycode details, phew!! Also on leaving the apartment i got a further messages saying my deposit would be refunded within 3 days before I even got home, which was great!!
