The location is excellent. Easy walk to Belfast Center. Lots of restaurants nearby, along with grocery stores.

It is in a student area. We had two nights where the noise was excessive right outside one of the bedroom windows. The students were polite when asked to quiet down, but the noise continued. The apartment could use some additional towels, and perhaps a more comfortable couch in the lounge.

I thought the location was excellent. It is in a student area, but I think most of them had already left for the Summer. It was a lovely and quiet. Very convenient for the bus stops & the hop on/hop off buses. The flat was very clean and the bedrooms are really good sizes & have good storage. Very handy to have 2 bathrooms & 2 loo’s. I would recommend & would stay again if I visited Belfast.

The kitchen was well equipped, but just to be constructive, some of the knives need to be replaced & I think are unsafe currently. Some smaller wine glasses/flutes would be good too.

Large, comfortable, well furnished, clean flat for 5 of us. We appreciated 2 bathrooms and the washer/dryer. Street parking was not difficult. Easy to walk to area restaurants.

We had to book at very short notice. Our host was responsive and met us on site. Liked that the apartment is set up for two couples or a family, making it good value in those circumstances.
