Berkswell Holiday Apartments

Denise was so welcoming and kind from the minute we arrived. We are a family of 5, including a new born (8 weeks old!) and Denise couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. We love Blackpool and have been many times but we have never stayed anywhere as nice as here, everything was so warm and welcoming. It was everything we needed to enjoy our holiday! We will definitely be coming back regularly!

Our stay wasn't long enough! We will be staying longer next time!

Nothing good about it

This’s far beyond standard I mean the worst apartment, nothing is working, got the fire alarm and the control box in the kids room.. my kids were scared to sleep, no heating couldn’t shower have to check out the next morning

Rooms immaculate, staff very helpful and friendly, great location.

Nicely decorated, had great facilities,close to pleasure beach, nice front area where my daughter liked to read her book. Ladies running it are the loveliest people. Very friendly and even surprised me for my birthday. Thank you. Had a great weekend

Location was perfect and the host was awesome, they made us feel at home, the place was sparkling clean.

On booking.com, there was no room number specified but when I got there I was given room which the lady floor, I had kids and was pregnant as well, so I was very disappointed but Denise explained things to me and made me feel at home. She was nice and very easy to talk to.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. It is about a 40 minute walk from the main street or a few minutes on the tram which is like every 10-20 minutes Staff couldn't do enough to help.

Nothing to not like about it to be honest. Bit of advice to people staying here, not a criticism just advice- You are provided with one loo roll then you need to get your own so keep this in mind :)

The close proximity to attractions

Bathrooms were too small No room to manoeuvre Had to put money (coins) in for electricity daily.

Denise was very friendly and I highly recommend the property and how clean it is .
