We (2 couples) found the apartment a perfect location for accessing Kelham Island Museum for a wedding. Accessing the accommodation was easy due to clear instructions. Parking isn’t available on site but a 15% discount code was provided for a secure Q-park facility less than a 10-min walk away. We paid £36 for a 48 hour stay. We were told we could unload on arrival by parking in a Un/Loading Bay however this was occupied on arrival by the same car for a prolonged period so we weren’t able to make use of it - however, it was available to use on our departure. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The apartment itself - on the 4th floor- was lovely and comfortable; kitchen well appointed and decorated with thoughtful additional touches for a warm welcome (fresh milk sachets, tea, coffee pods for a drink on arrival with biscuits and chocolates). There is a comfortable living room space with a decent sized smart TV so we could relax and watch the Olympic opening ceremony before heading out for dinner. Nice to have a sunny weekend so we could enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony (only small with 2 chairs so we took turns!). The bedrooms were well laid out had everything we needed and beds/pillows good quality and comfortable. Linens and towels provided. Bathrooms modern with quality fittings and showers worked well. Would very much recommend - comparable price to any of the major hotel chains nearby but has the added benefit of being like a home from home to catch up with old friends so much preferred to booking 2 hotel rooms - made for a very special weekend.

Booked this apartment on the day as we were let down with our planned reservation. A spacious, clean and really well presented place to stay. Large open plan kitchen / dining / living area in contemporary coordinating decor leading on to a balcony. Bedrooms large and comfortable, one en suite and the other using a shared bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe and draw space, toiletries and towels plus kitchen basics and utensils. No allocated parking, but easy to find free on street parking nearby, along with convenience shop. Aware of traffic in the morning period, but it is a city apartment, so not unexpected. Overall a very comfortable place to stay with good communication from the owner.

Beautiful apartment with comfy beds and great living space for chilling out.

We had a problem with the code for the door when we first arrived but this was very quickly sorted. I also reported that the door latch was very difficult to open from the inside. I have reported this twice directly to the owners as it sometimes took two of us to open it and I worry that an elderly person or someone there by themselves may not be able to get out quickly if needed.

It was a beautifully maintained property, we loved the decor, the rooms and the nice treats left for us on arrival.

The only thing was the parking. There was very limited available on the road parking for us as most locals also used these. It would be great and make such a difference if the owners could purchase one of the parking spots in the building car park.

The property is a little gem felt at home and some nice touches like tea and coffee etc. Great to have two bathrooms the property felt roomy for a family of 4. Thanks for a lovely stay.
