Good location, very clean. Everything you need is right there from toiletries to towels to kitchen necessities. You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes and a USB cable, everything else is already there. Even toothpaste and a toothbrush!

The TV wouldn't connect to wifi, so couldn't watch YouTube on the big screen. Wasn't a big deal though.

Clean. Good location. Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice nieghbourhood . Well equipped kitchen cooker, microwave oven, water kettle , toaster and all kitchen utensils, even there is raw pasta,rice, oil , salt ,pepper and white pepper. Complimentary chocolate, biscuits, chips , pepsi and beer for free. The owner helped us in carrying our luggage upon check-out. Many restaurants, super markets around soecially halal food which was a great value for me. Room size is good. They have waching machine and dryer downstairs not in the same room.

Steep stairs, no elevator , but you can inform the owner with your arrival time and keave time he can help in carrying luggage. No staff since it is furnished apartment not a hotel. Door is hard to find although the owner explained it but it is small door beside the restaurant below. Some noise come from street but we could handle it. The apartment is on a main street. You have to handle cleaning, laundry by your self. Shower cabine size not small but also not big. We found some rust (or green fungus) in the water kettle he should change it, although all other equipments were clean.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walking distance from the old market square. Clean and quiet, everything was working perfectly. Also, a massive thanks to the owner, who was super understanding for my almost cancelled travel, and he was willing to help even though at the end I managed to arrive in Nottingham. Thank you again.

EVERYTHING!! From the outset, the host was accommodating, friendly and super helpful; answering my many questions with patience. The key was in a keybox, and instructions were really clear- very easy to access. The apartment was amazing- incredibly clean with absolutely everything we needed (and more!) Balco also very kindly provided us with an extraordinarily generous hamper which included some snacks and foods, as well as some beer and drinks in the fridge. The location was great for us- a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

For us the bed was a little too soft and a bit uncomfortable. This did not make the place any less amazing!

Host left plenty of snacks and drinks including beer which you dont get a lot

Beyond our expectations and reasonably prices. A must when in Nottingham.
