"Just manageable, environment weise, not children friendly."

The simplicity of getting the keys. No integrity towards the guest as he was being spoken to as if the guest was asking and pleading for favour. No toilet rolls, toilet bin was met full.

The way I am being treated via phone as if I came there to beg for favour.

Very comfy Apartment , quiet area and lovely neighbours . Everytime i had bad apartments in London but this was very very good
