JOIVY Modern City Centre Flat next to Calton Hill

Great little flat not too far from the station and city centre. Nice location to walk to Leith harbour too which has some great restaurants.

I was only really in it to rest/sleep so can’t comment on the kitchen facilities etc but it was clean, comfortable, and seemed to have everything you would need for a week away.

Well located, clean apartment that is overall well equiped (except dryer doesn’t work) Very Responsive host, easy to deal with.

There is a kid’s school next door - if you are a sleeper in the morning, it might not be the best location for you.

Apt with sewage smell. Stinks Bathroom flooded Bathroom window did not open Bed was very small, very soft mattress Not a place to sit Knives need sharpening Bathroom faucet dripping Dryer out of order Modified reservation and when I did, they charged the full amount even though I still had plenty of time to cancel reservation

Everything was 10 from start to finish. The agility and dedication to answering my questions and needs in solving things. All clean and welcoming. I loved staying for a few days I felt at home ♥️ Great location for everything.

The room is modern and comfortable. The location is strategic.

The room is on 3rd floor and no lift access. The dryer and towel heater did not work. There was no curtain on the kitchen window.

I loved the large equipped kitchen. I loved the location. I loved the old building. I loved the front door.

The kitchen had a table and chairs but it would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs in the bedroom since there was no sitting room. That way we could have watched TV without lying on the bed in our street clothes. Also a bit larger of a bed would have been nice.
